Conditions for the Tudor Guarantee
The Tudor Guarantee does not apply to products that have been
stored incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused or altered.
The Tudor Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by use. This Guarantee is to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. It is not transferable.
General Legal Rights
This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. It does not affect your rights as a consumer under the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act or State and Territory legislation.
